WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?

All items are made as they are ordered and currently have a 3-4 week turn around time not including shipping times. Turn around times do not include holidays. We do not offer rush orders at this time. All orders will ship USPS or UPS Ground and shipping notifications with tracking information will go out via email once your order has shipped 

 

DO YOU DO CUSTOM ITEMS?

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT'S PLACED?

 

Unfortunately at this time, we are not taking custom orders. We do want to create what you love though, so feel free to follow us on Tik Tok, Instagram or Facebook and let us know your design or character suggestions

 

I PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS, CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING?

Unfortunately, we cannot combine shipping on separate orders. In order to make sure all items are shipped in a timely manner and not forgotten or over looked, we cannot hold pieces for combined shipping.

 

No changes can be made to your order after it is placed. This includes address changes. All sales are final, so please make sure all your information is correct at checkout and double check all your spelling on personalized items.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do! We love our international customers and are more than happy to accommodate orders. Please note, all duty/import fees are the responsibility of the customer and ship times once it's dropped off with the carrier may be longer than normal due to COVID-19

 

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS?

No we do not accept exchanges or returns. All sales are final. However, orders can be cancelled within the the first 72 hours if needed at no cost. If an order is cancelled after the first 72 hours a $25 restocking fee will be applied.

 

MY ORDER ARRIVED BROKEN. WHAT DO I DO?

While we strive to make sure our items are packaged well, sometimes USPS or UPS is hard on the boxes and items arrive broken. If this happens, we will always fix the issue. Just email us at enchantedsignco@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving your damaged items. Please include your order number, the issue, and photos of the damage. 

 

MY PACKAGE IS MISSING. WHAT DO I DO?

If you still have not received your order after 15 days of it shipping, please send an email to enchantedsignco@gmail.com for assistance. Include your order number and your tracking number in the email. Please note that delayed packages are out of our control and as much as we want you to receive your magic mail, sometimes carriers take a little longer than promised. If your package is moving but delayed, please have a little patience.
